Located 200m from Praia do Tombo, our house accommodates up to 12 people and is ideal for those looking for a good location and practicality. For leisure to be even more complete, we have a barbecue and swimming pool.
Our house is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, great for taking a quiet walk with the family. We are in a privileged location, close to restaurants and the beaches of Pitangueiras and Asturias.
There are no child protection screens in the 3 upstairs bedrooms.
Upon entering the house, the guest will find a room with a TV and, integrated into it, we have a toilet, a dining room and a kitchen with the necessary utensils for the stay.

The Neighborhood
Quiet, residential and family-friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants and other beaches such as Pitangueiras and Asturias. We are 200m from Praia do Tombo. Its infrastructure is complete, with many stalls and kiosks, which offer several options for portions and drinks. The entire region is surrounded by a lot of nature and with viewpoints to enjoy the view.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.

- - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
- - You will see in the house rules that we normally do not provide bed linen and bath towels, but we do provide them for Homes & Villas by Marriott guests.
- - Children allowed.
- - Visits are not allowed.
- - Space for 4 cars inside the property.
- - A security deposit of R$ 1.500,00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
