The house is extremely comfortable and accommodates groups of up to 12 people in four suites, two with bunk beds. All rooms have air conditioning and canopy beds.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - It is mandatory to hire trusted employees for maintenance and cleaning of the house during the stay. Up to 4 guests (requires one employee), 5-9 guests (requires two employees), over 10 guests (requires 3 employees).
- - Check-in time until 16:00.
- - Visits are not allowed
- - Children allowed
- - We accept small pets, on request.
- - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
- - We do not provide cleaning and personal hygiene products.
- - A security deposit of R$ 2.000.00 is linked to your reservation and will serve for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
