Stylishly designed, preserving original Catalan construction elements, Design Apartments 3.2 is a fully equipped, luminous apartment for up to 4 guests, located just 10 minutes’ metro ride from the iconic Plaza España.
The apartment features a small interior terrace, the perfect spot to have a quiet morning coffee. Guests can also benefit from a spacious shared communal terrace, located on the top floor of the building.
With exposed brick walls and modern decor, our local interiors designers have created a welcoming space fitted with 1 double bedroom and a cosy living-dining area with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
The bathroom comes with a shower. Free toiletries are provided for our guests. You don’t have to worry about bringing towels and bed linen, we have them all set for you upon arrival.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Catalonia Tourist Tax:
- 1 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (children from 0 to 16 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days.
