This beautiful villa is located in the heart of Aldea Zama, surrounded by nature and trees, this villa has a beautiful private garden with a large pool and a rest area. Being here you can enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning, while you read a book, listen to music or enjoy nature and realize that you are in paradise. On the ground floor, you can open the doors that lead to the garden to feel on a single terrace, it is incredible! You will never want to leave here!
The Wi-Fi in the villa is excellent, we have a first-class fiber-optic service, with a very high speed so that you can enjoy everything.
This villa has two floors, the ground floor has the kitchen, the living room, a complete bathroom, a TV room, the laundry room, the terrace with the garden where you will find the outdoor shower and the pool.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
