This beautiful Dog Friendly 2 story OKI beach home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths in the main house along with a sensational fully furnished bungalow with a Queen size bed and plenty of comfortable seating. The backyard next to the bungalow is fenced to allow your dogs to enjoy some time off the leash. The 3 bedrooms on the main floor are conveniently located directly off the family room and kitchen while the bungalow has a separate entrance and is perfect for a couple or the teenager that wants to get away. This home is ideally located near the middle of the island, just blocks from the beach with a beach access on the same street. Here the atmosphere is always "Island time" avoiding the hustle and bustle of the main roads and traffic. This is the perfect vacation spot for your family and friends to enjoy! This home has an open floor plan with multiple areas to hang out and relax starting with the main room and kitchen as well as a screened in side porch where you can sip your morning coffee listening to the birds. The beach access is a quick drive or short walk away but after you have enjoyed the sun at the beach, relax in the screened in porch or grilling your favorite meal on the deck.

Please note: Linens are included with your reservations and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.

Pet Policy:
We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately(OTA pet fee is not included; a seperate fee will be requested through resolution center). A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.
Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
Strictly no cats allowed.
*The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th, and the hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per da,y and $80 per week.
