Just 1 hour from São Paulo and overlooking Pedra Grande, the famous postcard of Atibaia, our farm is the ideal place for those looking for an escape from the chaos of the city. Surrounded by a lot of green, we can offer direct contact with nature and one of the most beautiful sunsets.

With a total area of 21 bushels and private parking space for up to 10 vehicles, our farm has numerous options of activities to meet the highest expectations, such as: hiking, horseback riding, various courts, among others.

Inside the house, our guests can expect no less than eight suites - all with bathtubs - to comfortably accommodate groups of up to 23 people. In addition, we have a large rest room, with two environments, which serves the suites.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

1. After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental contract will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport);
2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Forbidden to hire a band, musical duo, DJ and use of sound box. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines. The value may vary from a daily rate or according to condominium rules (if any);
3. Parties and events are only allowed UPON EARLY REQUEST;
4. We accept small pets, on request and upon payment of a fee (see pet rules: https://bit.ly/2DbxBVq)
5. Smoke only in outdoor areas.

8. We can assist in the preparation of menus and shopping list for your stay;
9. The use of the jacuzzi and sauna has limited hours of use and can only be turned on and off by the caretakers;
10. It is mandatory to hire caretakers:
*Up to 8 people: it is necessary to hire 2 caretakers
*Up to 16 people: it is necessary to hire 4 caretakers
*Up to 22 people: it is necessary to hire 5 caretakers
*Above 22 people: it is necessary to hire 6 caretakers
11. A security deposit of R$ 4.000,00 is linked to your reservation and will serve for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges;
12. We do not accept extra guests than agreed and unannounced parties;
13. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price;
14. If you want to fireworks on site, request in advance, we need to remove the horses from the stable, as they are extremely sensitive to noise. The fires have to be released from the picket, under the supervision of the caretaker. If guests release fireworks or fireworks without prior notice, fines will be applied.
