The Home
Just 1 hour from São Paulo and overlooking Pedra Grande, the famous postcard of Atibaia, our farm is the ideal place for those looking for an escape from the chaos of the city. Surrounded by a lot of green, we can offer direct contact with nature and one of the most beautiful sunsets.
With a total area of 21 bushels and private parking space for up to 10 vehicles, our farm has numerous options of activities to meet the highest expectations, such as: hiking, horseback riding, various courts, among others.
Inside the house, our guests can expect no less than eight suites - all with bathtubs - to comfortably accommodate groups of up to 23 people. In addition, we have a large rest room, with two environments, which serves the suites.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After formalizing the reservation, a season rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
- - No noise and sound box after 22h. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The amount may vary from one night.
- - No parties, events and stag parties.
- - Due to the size and complexity of the house, it is necessary to hire our trusted diarist to support during the stay. (values apart)
- - No visitors allowed.
- - We allow small pets on request.
- - Smoking only in the outdoor areas.
- - There are no child protection screens.
- - A security deposit of R$ 4000.00 tied to your reservation and will serve for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation. This can influence the final value.
