With four very comfortable suites and decorative details that bring a little piece of Italy to this experience, our house can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 10 people. The charm is all due to the architecture that was delicately designed to allude to the beautiful Italian region of Tuscany.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules (if any)
- 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
- 4. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas
- 5. No pets allowed.
- 6. Children allowed
- 7. A security deposit of R$ 3.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- 8. We provide bed and bath linen
- 9. Space for 4 cars
- 10. Due to the size and complexity of the house, it is necessary to hire our housekeeper to keep it in order.
- 11. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
- 12. Visits are not allowed.
