The Home
Located in Caraguatatuba, our house is just a few meters from Indaiá Beach and welcomes up to 14 people in four rooms, two of which are suites. All rooms are air-conditioned and two of them share a large balcony with a sofa for resting.
The house was recently renovated for the comfort of our guests and for them to enjoy a more complete leisure infrastructure.
The living room has a TV and sofas and the dining room has an eight-seater table. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary utensils for your stay and has a ceiling fan for the hottest days.
The highlight is the outdoor area, which is modern and has a pool, shower, sun loungers and a gourmet area complete with: barbecue, pizza oven, wood oven, wood stove and games table.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary from one day.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - Visitors are not allowed.
- - We allow small pets, on request.
- - Smoking only in the outside areas.
- - We provide 4 beach chairs and 1 small sand umbrella.
- - No child protection screens.
- - A security deposit of R$ 1,500.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before making your reservation. This can influence the final value.
