The Home
Located in module 20, about 1 km from the beach, our beautiful recently renovated house is the ideal place for those looking for comfort, tranquility and complete leisure facilities.
Our property accommodates 8 people in four rooms, including: 2 suites (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can become a double) and 2 other double rooms that share a common bathroom. The house also has a half bath in the living room.
Inside, we have a cozy living room with cable TV, retractable sofa and dining table. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils for the stay, such as: microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, pans, glasses, cutlery, dishes, water filter, toaster, in addition to a functional island with two stools.
All our rooms have a ceiling fan and air conditioning, our internet is 250mb, great for those who need to do home office.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - For greater security for everyone, the condominium requests facial registration at the property's access gate. The Meu Anfitrião team will guide guests every step of the way.
- - Noise and sleep box are prohibited after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- - Visitors are not allowed.
- - We do not offer bed linen, bath towels and blankets.
- - We allow small animals upon request.
- - Smoking only in external areas.
- - A security deposit of R$2,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for unforeseen events. If none occurs, there will be no extra charge.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before making your reservation. This may influence the final value.
