The Home

Located in module 20, about 1 km from the beach, our beautiful recently renovated house is the ideal place for those looking for comfort, tranquility and complete leisure facilities.

Our property accommodates 8 people in four rooms, including: 2 suites (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can become a double) and 2 other double rooms that share a common bathroom. The house also has a half bath in the living room.

Inside, we have a cozy living room with cable TV, retractable sofa and dining table. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils for the stay, such as: microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, pans, glasses, cutlery, dishes, water filter, toaster, in addition to a functional island with two stools.

All our rooms have a ceiling fan and air conditioning, our internet is 250mb, great for those who need to do home office.

The Neighborhood

Riviera de São Lourenço is a semi-closed luxury condominium complex located in the municipality of Bertioga with summer houses and apartments. The location is quiet, safe and perfect for resting with the family and is just a few meters from Praia de Riviera and close to shopping, restaurants, bars and supermarket.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • 1. After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
  • 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules (if any)
  • 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
  • 4. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas
  • 5. We accept small pets, on request (See pet rules: https://bit.ly/2DbxBVq).
  • 6. The house voltage is 110V
  • 7. The pool is cleaned weekly, if it needs maintenance, please let us know.
  • 8. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
  • 9. 250mb Internet
  • 10. A security deposit of R$ 2.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
