The Home

Located in a condominium in Riviera de São Lourenço, our 100m² apartment offers security and practicality, just a few minutes walk from the beach. It has complete infrastructure: swimming pool, sauna, gym and playground. We accommodate 6 people in 1 suite and 2 bedrooms.

We provide bed linen, bath and pool towels.

We provide a separate mattress for a child, if necessary.

Located in module 2, our apartment accommodates up to 6 people in 1 suite and 2 bedrooms, all with a double bed.

The living room is integrated with the dining room and has cable TV, sofa and a table for six.

Leaving through the living room door, we have a large gourmet balcony with barbecue, table and hammock to rest.

The kitchen is complete and equipped with all the necessary items for your stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine.

The Neighborhood

Riviera de São Lourenço is a semi-closed luxury condominium complex located in the municipality of Bertioga with vacation homes and apartments. The location is another special point. In addition to being close to the shore, it is located in module 2, the best part of Riviera beach. It is also just a few meters from the Funchal restaurant, which is located in the Madeira Island Resort and less than 5 minutes from Shopping Riviera, by car or bicycle.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
  • - For everyone's safety, the condominium requests a facial registration next to the concierge to be able to access the building. My Host staff will guide guests through every step.
  • - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules.
  • - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
  • - Visits are not allowed.
  • - We accept small pets, on request (see pet rules : https://bit.ly/2DbxBVq)
  • - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
  • - There are no child protection screens.
  • - A security deposit of R$ 1.500,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
  • - Please select the correct number of guests before making your reservation. This can influence the final value.
