With capacity for up to 13 people, our modern and spacious 750m2 country house is the perfect choice for those looking for complete leisure infrastructure in the countryside.
In total there are 5 suites, two of which are double, one with two single beds, one with bunk beds, one with bunk beds and a bunk bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, all with air conditioning.
In addition to the bedrooms, an internal area with a large living room and a wooden ceiling concept that brings comfort and sophistication to the environment.
The outdoor area, playroom is the highlight of the swimming pool with accommodation for sunbathing, playroom, gym, sauna, and soccer field. Plus car parking for 3.
One of our many different is that Clube de Campo Valinhos, where we are in Campo, also offers sports options such as tennis courts and tennis court, soccer fields, among other options for skateboarding.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeakers after 9pm. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The price may vary from one daily rate or according to condominium rules (if any)
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
- - Visits are prohibited.
- - Smoking is only permitted in external areas
- - We do not allow pets

- - We offer bed linen, bath towels, pool towels and blankets.
- - It is not permitted to use the leisure facilities of the condominium/club where the house is located (subject to a fine).
- - It is necessary to hire a local housekeeper/housekeeper to monitor the stay
- - A security deposit of R$ 4,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there are none, there will be no extra charges
- - Space for 2 cars.
