The bedroom, located next to the living room, is spacious and bright, with two balconies that overlook Calle Mesones and Caldereros. It features a 1.60 x 2 m double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom, located next to the bedroom and accessible from the living room, is spacious and features a shower tray. It also benefits from natural light through a balcony overlooking Calle Caldereros. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. Despite being fully exterior, the double-glazed windows ensure a high level of comfort and peace. As it is a historic building, there is no elevator.
