In the vicinity you can find numerous retail and service points - it is a great choice for a family vacation, a great time with friends or a short trip during weekend. The apartment has a great location in the center of Świnoujście, and everything you need for a perfect vacation is at your fingertips. The "Uznam" shopping center can be reached by foot in 10 minutes, and the Promenade with a beautiful sandy beach - in less than 20 minutes. If the temperature does not allow you for sunbathing, you can go to the Baltic Park water park (about 2 km from the apartment). In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants offering a wide selection of fish specialties and world cuisines.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
