The Home
Don’t look any further. This home will transform your vacation into a dream holiday. Private pool, game room, privacy, complimentary access to the clubhouse, you will have it all. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and clean. You will love the cathedral ceilings. The property has been very well-maintained and recently gone through lots of upgrades (paint, new deco accessories, new linen, new pieces of furniture...) by the owners. You will have your own private pool (south and west facing). And a game room for the kids (and their parents). The perfect place if you want to enjoy some time off with your family and friends but also perfect if you plan on going to the parks. Disney is ONLY 12-19 min drive. Stores are 2 min drive. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Shortly after the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email asking for the full names of the guests staying at the property, a picture of the ID of the primary guest, a selfie of the primary guest holding the ID, and our onlne registration form. We will need you to complete the full registration process so that we can create your door code and send it to you together with some our check-in instructions. You need to be 21+ to book our properties. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. Please contact us to get our frequently asked questions email.
