The main level has a brand new kitchen for entertaining and fully equipped for ease of cooking, with an 8-foot granite bar for five and a dining table that can seat 8-10 for dinner or games. Sink into a large, comfortable sectional and warm your feet in front of the stone pellet stove, while watching the 42" flat-screen mounted above. Take advantage of the sound docking station that provides music. There is a landline for long-distance and local calls, sorry no international. Three additional 32" flat-screens are wall-mounted in each of the bedrooms on the first floor.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • 1. No smoking in the unit or on the property
  • 2. No pets allowed unless otherwise advertised
  • 3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
  • 4. Trash must be secured in bear proof trash bins
  • 5. Only park in designated spots
  • 6. No charcoal grills allowed
  • 7. Parking passes, key cards and garage clickers must be left in the property upon your departure
