Villa Gilia is located in a small community called Petra. It is only about 44km from the capital Palma and is the birthplace of the famous pioneer Junipero Serra. He is the founder of the US cities of San Francisco and San Diego (California). Like all the houses in Petra, Villa Gilia has a golden-brown quarry stone façade. Wine lovers in particular really hit the bull’s eye with this villa, because a very well-known Mallorcan variety of wine is grown around Petra.
With its 1100 square metres, the villa offers enough space for 12 people - ideal for a holiday with the family or a time-out with the group of friends.
The large reception area, right at the entrance of the villa, immediately exudes a warm feeling and literally invites you to sit down and chat. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
