This spacious farmhouse has a living room with lots of light and a colorful kitchen with a large gas stove and a round dining table. You will have 7 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. For the little guest, there are also a crib and a highchair available. There is ample room for children to play, such as table tennis and table soccer. There is a large garden and as icing on the cake, there is an indoor pool with jet streams, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a Finnish steam sauna. The house is surrounded by green landscapes and vistas. At the same time, it is close to all tourist attractions such as Lemmer, the IJsselmeer, and the Tjeukemeer. In short, an ideal place for a relaxing vacation or weekend away.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
