Located in the heart of the picturesque town of Aldeburgh on the Suffolk Coast, this boutique hotel style holiday home is ideal for a seaside vacation or short break at any time of the year with its sunny courtyard for the summer and wood burner to keep you cosy in the winter.
The sociable open plan living space comfortably accommodates all your needs with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen for catering at home (including a Brittania range cooker, Siemens coffee machine and a wine fridge); an elegant dining table; and ample seating in the living space with a choice of entertainment. All three bedrooms, the beautiful bathroom. and en suite shower room on the first floor have stunning bold colour schemes and unique accessories. Two rooms have king size beds and the family room at the back has a triple bunk, suitable for three children.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
