We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa, on the screened in porch or rooftop deck. Pets are not allowed at any time. Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Update: Trailer parking is not allowed. Motorcycles are not permitted past the front gate.
