The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home for any cooking you may choose to do. An open living and dining area with a pass-through to the kitchen makes serving meals so convenient! If you’re looking for something quick and easy, take advantage of the many fine local restaurants which offer curbside pick-up or delivery.
The balcony is a great space to begin and end your day while enjoying the peace and tranquility that surrounds you. A beautiful ½ mile stretch of white sandy beach is just a short walk away and the pool is conveniently located as well.
This 145-acre gated beach community offers plenty of activities, walking trails and on-site restaurants. This unit is a great fit for family, friends, business trips, conferences or a special Myrtle Beach venue event!

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the Embassy Suites pools and splash park, resort shuttle transportation and fitness center.
We generally accept 7 night reservations (Saturday to Saturday) in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Contact us about alternate dates, shorter stays or longer "snowbird" rentals. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Update: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy and is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
