Take a short walk and find yourself at the Community Grounds Coffee. A “Laid-back coffee house steaming its java with baked goods in a functional, mellow space”. Take a walk next door to Carver neighborhood Market for something to take back and grill with a spacious backyard under the sparkle of festive lights. This home is perfect for a family time getaway but not so secluded that you can’t take a stroll downtown. If you and your family are coming to town I highly recommend book is “111 Places in Atlanta That You Must Not Miss” by Travis S. Taylor. This house can accommodate off street parking for 2.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
