Our industrial meets Urban is nestled in a quiet but up-and-coming residential urban neighborhood of Atlanta which is currently undergoing a facelift. The neighborhood boasts of some cute new renovations as well as older homes undergoing their beautification process. This is a quiet neighborhood that is just a short walk to one of the best coffee shops in Atlanta, Community Grounds Coffee Shop, and Cafe. You can stop by to try their "nutty Professor _espresso, amaretto syrup, hazelnut syrup, and cinnamon topped with Carmel drizzle" as you continue onto the West Side of the Atlanta Beltline. The west side Beltline is the latest part of the Beltline to open, and a great place to explore with the new breweries and restaurants popping up all the time as the older Atlanta neighborhoods get invigorated. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
