Large Mansion just off the city center of Forte dei Marmi. Large private swimming pool with private garden. 4 different veranda and large living area. The mansion has a studio, a meeting room and a secondary living area with a large TV set. There is a game room with a Ping-Pong table and darts. This villa can be used both for holidays and business meetings.
The seven bedrooms can host up to 14 persons and every room has its private bathroom.
There are two kitchens and a separated area for service personnel and laundry.
The apartment is available for weekly rentals only and for business use we can arrange special quotes.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
