Impressive house for 10 people located on a small mound near Sant Llorenç
Finca Sa Real is located on a small hill that offers spectacular views; we gain access to the property by a ramp that takes us to the back of the house where the parking is, we access the stone house and we find a small hall, that leads to a large living room with stone walls with a sofa area in front of the TV and a fireplace; the living room has direct access to the terrace. On the right side of the living room, there is a large fully-equipped greenish kitchen, with access to the terrace. On the other side of the living room there is a room with two double beds. Next to the entrance of the house there is a room with a double bed, excellently decorated, and a bathroom with bathtub. Finally, on the ground floor, there is a very large laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
