The Finca Llucamar is a more than 300 years old property, completely restored in 2016, which combines the traditional Majorcan style with modern decoration.
The house is situated on a small hill with magnificent views of the town of Sant Llorenç. It is adjacent to another house, but completely independent from it.
Finca Llucamar has two floors. On the ground floor is a spectacular living room with designer furniture, a beautiful dining table and a large sofa in front of the TV. From the dining room you reach the very spacious kitchen with a large dining table, an American bar, electric cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
