Villa Carroca is located in the municipality of San José, just 10 minutes from Ibiza Town and the world-class beaches of Salinas, Es Cavallet or Platja d’en Bossa. The tastefully furnished 3-bedroom holiday home is surrounded by nature in an 8,200 m² enclosed garden plot and is particularly popular with families.
The living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and stereo system flows into the open dining area, which in turn opens onto the covered pool terrace. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes induction hobs, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The master bedroom with a double bed of 150 x 190 cm has its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and both have a shower room, with a shared toilet. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and freezer complete the picture of 261...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
