Finca Sa Vinya is a lovely new build one-storey property which was completed in 2017 and has 3 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 of these en suite, air conditioning, WiFi Internet connection and satellite television. The house has a stone façade and Majorcan-style shutters, giving the house a classical touch, though its interior is very modern and functional.
Entering the house via the front door we find a substantial living-dining room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. The living area has two attractive sofas, TV and dining table with an attractive lamp. This large living-dining area has direct access to the external terrace which is next to the swimming pool. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
