Our Vila is located in the Barra Velha neighborhood, central region of Ilhabela, ideal for those looking for easy access to the south and north beaches.
We are inside a gated community with 6 identical bungalows that can be rented individually. They have a common environment with an innovative structure: official beach tennis court, swimming pool with whirlpool and a large garden.
Our space offers convenience, modernity and comfort. Our bungalows were decorated following the values and references of the caiçara tradition of Ilhabela.
Each one has an area of about 100 m², accommodating 5 people in 2 suites located on the upper floor of the house. One of the suites is double and the other is triple (a bunk bed and a single bed). Both have air conditioning and closet. The double suite has a balcony.

The Neighborhood
Praia da Barra Velha is the first beach that tourists come across when disembarking the ferry, next to the bus terminal. With a darker and narrower strip of sand, it has many colorful boats moored and fishermen's gear that guarantee some beautiful photos and a first walk or farewell to Ilhabela. Here begins the bike path that goes to the village, with 6 km of extension parallel to the edge.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
- 2. Loud music is prohibited at any time of day according to city law.
- 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
- 4. We accept small pets, on request (see pet rules: https://bit.ly/2DbxBVq)
- 5. Smoking only in outdoor areas
- 6. Children allowed
- 7. The property has stairs, therefore, we ask for attention with elderly people, children and those with accessibility restrictions.
- 8. Use of the Pool from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. We ask you to be careful with children. No use of utensils and glass bottles in the pool area.
- 9. Parking for 2 cars.
- 10. It is not allowed to extend clothes and towels on the balconies and in the front external area.
- 11. Kindly deliver the kitchen and grill clean and organized, with no food in the pans or fridge.
- 12. Please do not throw toilet paper, absorbent or any object in the toilet to avoid inconvenience with clogs.
- 13. A security deposit of R$ 1.500,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- 14. Bag and specific beach towels are available for use. We ask that you do not take your bath and face towels to the beach. In case of loss will be charged.
- 15. Visits are not allowed.
- SECURITY_DEPOSIT: 1500 BRL
