The Home
Located near Praia do Veloso, our beautiful house has the complete infrastructure and is surrounded by greenery, it is the ideal refuge for those seeking tranquility, comfort and contact with nature. The house is super wide, has a panoramic view of the sea and has full leisure facilities.
Divided into a main house and a guest house, our property is ready to welcome groups of up to 10 people in 6 suites, two of which have a balcony, and the master suite has two bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning and sea views.
In addition, we have a balcony that goes around the whole house, equipped with hammocks and tables that can even be used to play cards.
The living room is large, super airy, with great natural lighting, high ceilings and various environments, with a six-seat dining table, sofas, television, air conditioning, ceiling fans and tasteful decor.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeakers after 9pm. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The price may vary from one daily rate or according to condominium rules (if any)
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
- - No pets
- - Visits are prohibited.
- - Smoking only in external areas. There are smoke detectors in the internal areas of the property.
- - Children allowed
- - A security deposit check is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- - There are 6 parking spaces available.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
- - Due to the size and complexity of the house, it is necessary to hire caretakers to keep it in order. The amount will be agreed directly with them.
- - The house has an alarm system (throughout the house) and video monitoring in social areas.
- - A security deposit of R$ 3,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there are none, there will be no extra charges.
