Surrounded by greenery, our 164m2 house accommodates up to 11 people in four bedrooms. It has a wooded outdoor area, barbecue and pizza oven. In addition, we are 6 km from Capivari, ideal for those looking for a close contact with nature and far from the center. We do not provide bed linen and bath towels. We provide blankets and pillows. The house is in an area of Campos do Jordão at 1700m altitude. Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to a large, glass-enclosed open-concept space. The environment is divided into a living room with TV, armchairs, sofas and fireplace and a dining room with a table for eight people. The dining room is integrated with a full kitchen with the necessary utensils for the stay. From the living room it is possible to access a glass room with chairs, sofa and a view of the forest. Still on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: 2 triple rooms with a double bed and a single bed. On the first floor, there are 2 other bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with a queen bed and 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. We also offer parking spaces for up to 4 vehicles and WI-FI. Next to the garage, we have a gourmet area with a barbecue and pizza oven. It is also possible to take a trail to a waterfall and walks close to the house. Access to the house is via a steep ramp. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor of the house therefore it has accessibility. To access the first floor, it is necessary to climb stairs. There is an agency that manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location. The neighborhood in which it is located, Gavião Gonzaga has several options for experiences in close contact with nature, such as the Tarundu Leisure Center, which has Fazendinha Toriba and Parque Amantikir, with 60000m2 of gardens. Although we are 6 km from the Center of Capivari, we are close to bars and restaurants, such as Truta Azul. The trails can be done on foot. However, as the road is dirt, we recommend using a car to go to the parks. Given the distance from the house to Capivari, we also recommend using a car to go downtown. You will see in the house rules that we normally do not provide bed linen and bath towels, but we do provide them for Homes & Villas by Marriott guests.
