For those who value discretion, exclusivity and seek an experience unlike any other, our house is the perfect place.
Located on Praia da Fome in Ilhabela, our house can be accessed by boat directly from São Sebastião, Caraguatatuba or it is also possible to cross by car by ferry, and take a transfer directly from Ilhabela, which will take you to our private pier in the house (values apart). Praia da Fome is right next to Praia do Jabaquara (the last one that can be accessed by car).
Our coastal house has an infinity sea as a swimming pool, where you can cool off using our floating boat or walking along the beach in a very comfortable way.
Surrounded by native forest, our house accommodates up to 10 people in 4 suites (all with mosquito nets).

The Neighborhood
Located in the north of the island, between the beaches of Jabaquara and Poço, the beautiful and calm Praia da Fome is famous for the ideal conditions for the practice of floating diving. With clear sands, transparent waters and trees that provide shade for visitors. There are also some fishermen's houses that usually leave their boats moored at sea.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contract. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required
- 2. Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties
- 3. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas
- 4. Small pets allowed, on request.
- 5. Children allowed - under parental supervision
- 6. Turn off lights whenever you leave the house
- 7. Do not throw toilet paper and sanitary pads in the toilet
- 8. We provide bed linen and bath towels
- 9. Internet enough for basic browsing - phone works on 4G
- 10. Access only by sea, we can help you if you don't have a boat.
- 11. We do not allow more guests than what is stated in the listing.
- 12. A security deposit of R$ 3.000,00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges
