The Home
Located on Praia de Pacuíba, about 1 km from the beach, our beautiful house is the ideal refuge for those looking for tranquility, comfort and contact with nature. Built on a high place with panoramic views of the sea, the property has an area of 370m2 with a large garden and impeccable leisure facilities.
3 hours of day labor is included, who goes in the morning to carry out a general cleaning and serve breakfast. After this period, it is also possible to contract services for the whole day (payment separately).
Our property accommodates 9 people in four suites, as follows: two bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, one with 1 king bed and the other with a widow’s bed. All rooms have air conditioning for greater comfort and we have 300mb internet for those who need to do home office.

The Neighborhood
Pacuíba Beach is considered by many to be a hidden treasure of Ilhabela. Small and a little far from the road (which in this stretch is dirt), it has a lawn and the shade of several “Beach Hat” trees, which do not require the use of an umbrella. The narrow strip of sand with many beaches disappears at high tide, and the waves wash over the beach when the wind is strong. But, at low tide, it provides a beautiful setting – out or in the water, as it is also a diving point for its transparent waters.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules (if any)
- 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
- 4. We accept small pets, on request.
- 5. Smoking allowed only in outdoor areas
- 6. Children allowed
- 7. We provide bed and bath linen for everyone
- 8. Turn off appliances, fans and lights when leaving
- 9. A security deposit of R$ 2.000,00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- 10. Space for 6 cars
- 11. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
- 12. The property is not accessible and contains stairs to reach the house.
- 13. Visits are prohibited.
