Located 350m from Boicucanga beach and close to downtown, our house is the perfect place for those looking for comfort and practicality.
It is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, great for a quiet walk with the family. As we are in a great location, it is possible to do many things on foot: from going to the supermarket to going to good restaurants. In addition, there are trails close by that lead to other beaches in the area.
We accept pets under prior consultation.
We provide board and card games.
We provide bed linen and bath towels.
We also have a security alarm.
We are just a few meters from the beautiful beach of Boicucanga. It has beach tennis courts, volleyball and stalls.
We provide beach chairs and umbrellas, but if you want to use the beach infrastructure, it is also possible.

Family neighborhood 350m from Boicucanga Beach, close to trails, and the rich center. It is possible to do many things on foot with tranquility and safety. On the beach there are beach tennis courts, volleyball and stalls. We are also close to bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, shopping center with food court, shops, supermarket and less than 3 minutes from Hospital das Clínicas de São Sebastião.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 21:00. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - *ATTENTION:* The outbuilding does not have air conditioning, but the fans are powerful enough to provide ventilation on hot days.
- - Our caretaker will hand over the keys and maintain the pool/remove rubbish during your stay. If you do not want his presence, we ask that you inform him upon arrival. Note: caretaker does not reside on the property.
- - We provide bed linen, bath towel. We also provide some blankets (about 8) and if you want more, you will need to bring them. We do not provide beach towels.
- - We accept small pets, on request.
- - Smoking allowed only in outdoor areas
- - Children allowed
- - Visits are not allowed
- - Space for 6 cars inside the property
- - We provide beach umbrellas and chairs.
- - A security deposit of R$ 1.000,00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
