The villa is located is a quiet area, by to the emblematic fortification "Es Forti". Only 400m. away is the sandy cove Caló des Pou and 600m. away is the centre of Cala Egos with shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The stylish Cala D’Or marina with restaurants and cafeterias is 1.4km. away and the centre of Cala D’Or where you will find a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops is within 5 minutes’ drive. In Cala D’Or centre there are several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran and Cala D’Or. Here you can practice water sports or take an excursion and discover the pretty south east coast with the glass bottom boat. The charming port Porto Petro is within 5 minutes’ drive.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
