Villa is a great family villa in an unbeatable just a short walk from Castelo beach and some great local restaurants and a mini-market, offering good outdoor space, great pool area, free Wifi and air-conditioning and surrounded by lawns and only a few minutes drive to the bars, beaches and restaurants of the resort of Albufeira.
All of the accommodation is located on one floor. Inside there’s a comfortable lounge, dining room with patio doors which lead to the pool plus a fireplace here too. Lounge furniture includes a sofa and an armchair, a TV and DVD player showing a selection of English channels, and, in the dining area, a wooden table and chairs. There’s a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine and a separate pantry. On this level you will find two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Outside, there’s a large terrace with dining furniture, and a brick-built barbecue oven and exterior shower. The magnificent swimming pool has Roman steps leading into the shallow end.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
