Casa Menorca is a lovely villa with three bedrooms plus one for children; spacious and completely restored with a contemporary and fresh style to rent in Cala D’Or, Majorca. The villa is located in a quiet residential street only a few minutes’ walk to the sandy coves Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran, as well as Cala D’Or centre with restaurants, shops and amenities.
A two-storey villa that enjoys a lot of natural light. Open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. From the living area, there is access to porch at front of the villa with a sitting area overlooking the pool. From the kitchen a side sliding door connects to a small porch with a dining table. The ground floor also offers a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with semi-integrated shower room. On the first floor we find two further bedrooms. The master double bedroom has a dressing area, semi-integrated shower room and access to its own terrace....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
