3 Vicarage Cottages is a charming, three bedroom holiday home situated next to the Saxon Church in Bruisyard, a small, ancient village in the beautiful and tranquil Suffolk countryside. Bruisyard is an ideal spot for exploring the best of both the Suffolk countryside and coastline with the lovely market town of Framlingham only a 10 minute drive and popular seaside destinations such as Aldeburgh, Dunwich and Walberswick a 25 minute drive away.
The cottage has been thoughtfully furnished with a spacious and light living room at the front that benefits from a lovely woodburner, two comfortable sofas and a smart TV. From here the property flows into an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen and dining area that leads out into a fantastic rear garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying an evening meal in with a glass of wine during the summer months.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
