Beautiful house in Puerto de Alcudia is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. You can enjoy a wonderful holiday sunbathing on the terrace, on its two comfortable sun loungers, contemplating the beautiful views of the canal. You will find an ideal furnished terrace where you can have lunch and dinner in the open air and surrounded by your people or have a good barbecue on the buil-in barbecue. There is an outdoor shower so that you can refresh yourselves in those days of intense sun. The plot is completely fenced. The house of about 118 m2 is distributed on two floors and has an air conditioning unit on each floor. On the ground floor you will find the living room that shares space with the dining room, where there are two comfortable sofas where you can watch your favourite series or films on the satellite TV and a table with 6 chairs where you can have lunch or dinner in a fresh and luminous atmosphere. The independent and kitchen with creamic hob is modern and practical, it has all you need to cook your best dishes; besides, on this same floor, there is a bathroom with a normal shower. The laundry room is separate and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, wardrobes and access to a small balcony with unobstructed views of the canal and a third bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. A cot and high chair are provided for our youngest guests. The bathroom on this floor is practical and modern with a normal bathtub. The area of Puerto de Alcudia is ideal to enjoy a great holiday with family or friends for its wealth of leisure and shops, you can stroll through its shops or practice different activities such as horse riding, boating, water attractions or a quad ride. Only 500 m away you will find the incredible beach of Puerto de Alcudia, famous for its crystal clear waters and fine white sand, where you can enjoy the well-deserved rest during your holidays.
