This traditional cottage style villa is located in the unique and historic hamlet of “La Molineta”, within walking distance to the village of Frigiliana.
The house has been recently restored maintaining its beauty and character but adding modern conveniences like a brand new fully fitted kitchen and air conditioning in the lounge and the master bedroom.
From the private gated parking area, a series of steps lead you down a long cobbled pathway to the spacious terrace and private pool which is completed with a large table and chairs for outside meals and also a separate area with a gas barbecue.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen and indoor dining facilities as well as the bathroom with a spacious shower.
