"Taste & Sea "has been beautifully remodeled from top to bottom and is the perfect location for your Seaside vacation! This luxurious cottage is located on peaceful Tupelo street and is only a quick walk to the adult pool, fitness center, family pool and tennis facility. The home is decorated in a coastal luxury style, featuring creamy white walls, gorgeous wood floors and comfortable furnishings with pops of coastal blues and greens.
The living space of Taste & Sea is on the first floor. The kitchen features all new appliances surrounded by creamy white cabinets and has a quaint little breakfast nook perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and working your daily crossword puzzle. The dining area is located just across from the kitchen and has a large dining table with seating for eight. The living area is spacious and open and has two large sofas and two chairs for your family to enjoy relaxing and spending time catching up...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests must be at least 26 years of age to make a reservation.
- A copy of your drivers license is required prior to checkin.
- Checkin details will be sent prior to your arrival.
- This property does NOT allow pets!
- Smoking is prohibited.
