Located in the town of Desenzano del Garda, groups of 3-4 can easily relax and enjoy a carefree stay on Lake Garda.
The unique updated villa residence provides a selection of well-presented apartments, perfect for carefree family stays and group getaways. This WiFi-enabled, air-conditioned ground floor apartment offers a traditional homely ambience, enabling guests to relax and feel at home. In the separate living room, a sitting area with single sofa bed is accompanied by a SAT flat screen TV. The apartment also features a separate kitchen diner, a restful double master bedroom and a 2nd guest bedroom with single bed. A full shower room with washing machine completes the internal layout. Outside, the apartment enjoys a spacious private portico-style terrace, with bistro dining set and shared access to the garden beyond. A reserved on-site parking space is also provided.

The apartment is situated along ‘Via Giovanni Segantini’, 200 metres away from Desenzano old town, its bus stops and train station (with frequent links to Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Venice, Brescia, Milan and Turin). Just 100 metres away, guests will also find cycle paths to Sirmione (10km) and other picturesque destinations. Those looking to enjoy a game of golf are well placed for reaching the 18-hole golf course of Chevro Golf S. Vigilio – Pozzolengo (10km).
The local beaches, leisure water park ‘Parco Cavour’ and Gardaland Sealife Aquarium (18km) are all within easy driving distance for fun-filled day trips. Brescia (30km), Verona (40km) and Mantova (50km) are also nearby for cultural excursions.
