NEW! Villa in Puerto del Carmen, elegant fully equipped villa, with living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and four bedrooms, all distributed on two levels. The villa offers a wonderful exterior with a private terrace, patio and garden and is located in a quiet area just 100 meters from the beach.
The accommodation
The villa of 110 m² and capacity for 6 people, offers a beautiful living room with a large sofa chaise longue to relax, flat screen digital television and free WiFi. In addition, this space has a beautiful wooden dining table to eat all together.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction, oven, microwave, coffee toaster, kettle and juicer, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete kitchenware. On this same floor there are two of the four bedrooms and a complete bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other a trundle bed (2 singles) and a baby cot.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Optional services:
- Baby high chair: 10 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Pets rules:
