Located in a popular Guerneville neighborhood, with beautiful views of the forest and river, once you have arrived at Rivertopia, you will never want to leave!
The main house includes two primary suites with full private bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, as well as a third “kids” bedroom on the main floor. Both primary suites have queen sized beds and cozy gas stoves. The upstairs suite also features an expansive seating area, full sized futon, 55” smart tv, wet bar with mini-fridge, and a private deck with breathtaking views of the river. Warning - guests enjoying this suite may be late to breakfast!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
