This modern Nashville condo in the historic Five Points district in East Nashville (known locally as ’East Nasty’) is just a 2-mile Uber or Lyft ride from the heart of downtown Nashville. The property features an open layout living area and private balconies on both floors. The artistic character of the district carries into the personality of the rental, with urban, rustic décor.
The open concept floor plan with a half bath features hardwood floors throughout. The living area has a 58’ LED TV with Roku, and the kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a breakfast bar with four stools and a dining table for six. Wi-Fi is available throughout. The private full-size washer and dryer are also located on this floor. Two brand new sofa beds in the living room allow for extra sleeping accommodations.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, a 50’ TV with Roku, a private en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and also a private balcony. The second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a 38’ TV with Roku.
