Welcome to Boulder Falls Retreat!
Boulder Falls Retreat is a wonderful 3 level log cabin with a 90-foot waterfall nearby. Guests can enjoy the scenic sights and sounds of the waterfall and large boulders from the comfort of the decks. The home feels private and remote but is only a short drive from Foscoe, Boone, Banner Elk.
The home is wonderfully decorated throughout with mountain decor, hardwood floors, and vaulted tongue-and-groove pine ceilings. The surrounding area is private and quiet with walking paths right out the front door. The road turns into a trail that goes to the top of the mountain with beautiful long-range views.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
