Our apartment , is part of a typical Canarian house located in the historic town of Tacoronte in the north of Tenerife. The property includes a beautiful house and two nice apartments. Surrounded by avocado trees, vineyards and a beautiful garden with a variety of native flora. It also has its own wine cellar.
The location is perfect and close to stunning black sand beaches, the green of the north, the Teide National Park and all hiking trails.
45m² has been completely remodeled and has a warm and cozy atmosphere:
- Living room, dining room and kitchen.
- Modern and equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, mixer, fridge, iron and ironing board, kettle, nespresso).
- Washer/dryer in garage for your exclusive use.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
