Seawinds is a lovely family friendly bungalow that sleeps four, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac a very short drive from the coastal village of Saundersfoot.
Upon entry into the property, you arrive in the family kitchen, stocked with all the necessary equipment one would need to prepare meals just as you would at home. Off the kitchen you will enter the comfortable family lounge, with patio doors that open out onto a wonderful covered decking area complete with comfortable wicker furniture where you can relax with your family in the secure garden area.
The modern family bathroom holds both a spacious shower cubicle and separate bathtub where you can soak away your troubles after a long day on the beach.
The well-appointed double bedroom has a double wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage, as does the comfortable twin bedroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
