Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- From 05/11 to 10/31: 3.7 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 17 years old).
- From 11/01 to 12/31: 1.85 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 17 years old).
- From 05/01 to 05/10: 3.9 EUR per person (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 17 years old).
- From 01/01 to 04/30: 1.95 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 17 years old).
- - Optional services:
- Crib: 20 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- Pet: 20 EUR per day. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Pets rules:
- Max. 1 pets allowed. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
