This slopeside, ground-floor residence features a great room outfitted with slate flooring, a gas fireplace and ceiling fan, a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a master bathroom with dual sinks, shower and soaker tub and washer/dryer. This one-bedroom is a lock-off and can be joined to the adjacent residence to create a two-bedroom unit. Guests will enjoy Village views from the patio as well as the convenience of staying in The Village at Northstar, steps from Northstar California ski resort, dining, shopping, skating, movies and more. Catamount and Big Horn Lodges are closest to the gondola. Rental cars recommended during the summer months.
Village at Northstar guests staying in a junior suite through four-bedroom residence receives complimentary parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is on a first-come, first-served basis when vehicles are on the property and are not guaranteed.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- "Please note that a tax of 10.2% is not included in the reservation. We will need to charge you a 10.2% tax before you arrive. Our team will coordinate this with you after you complete your booking."
- Check in is anytime after 5PM and check out by 10AM.
