It is a recent construction and renovation created solely to accommodate customers on Lake Garda. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends, it welcomes on the ground floor with an area to share all together, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Going up to the sleeping area you will find a double bedroom, a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and then go to the top floor, in the loft, where there will be another 3 comfortable beds and a bathroom with shower. The whole apartment alternates minimal colors with a Nordic style and a welcoming design. In order not to miss anything, Elide Home Sweet Home will have a private garage available. From the historic center you can easily walk to the nearest beach of Padenghe and the restaurant and bar area in the center for aperitifs and dinners in the green city of the lake.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
